of the Sadler Group date back to 1893. Originally known
as the Ralph Sadler Co., the Sadler Group is a fourth
generation real estate company.
The company was one of
the "Founding Fathers" of the Charleston Board
of Realtors and the local Multiple Listing
Service.
It was the first real
estate firm involved in Shopping Center leasing and
management. The Sadler Company (as it later became
known) was also the first of the Charleston area Mall
Managers.
The company has now
evolved as a leader in the regional real estate market
In its successful
history of service to the Charleston real estate market,
The Sadler Company, through its founding principals and
agents, has been directly responsible for sale of over
50,000 commercial real estate properties, the leasing
and management of over 2,500 shopping center and mall
stores, and the development and/or location of 5,000
businesses in the Charleston area.
